I decided to take my flatmate to the Merse Wellness Centre for the first time yesterday, and I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience — all thanks to Lucy. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. Her energy is contagious, and you can genuinely tell she loves what she does. It's rare to come across someone so passionate and kind — Lucy really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The atmosphere at Merse is calm, modern, and incredibly inviting. Every detail is designed to help you relax and recharge, and with staff like Lucy, it takes the whole experience to another level. We spent Valentine's Day at Merse Virginia's Valentine's event. I'm already a member and have been many times but this was extra special! We were greeted warmly with champagne and chocolates and loved all the details to make our time there special. We loved the cute cupcakes Lucie made as an extra treat too! Lucie's always so helpful and goes above and beyond every time we go! The guitar player/singer and the dim lights set a nice atmosphere. We were a little worried about how busy it might be but we shouldn't have been because it didn't feel like it had been overbooked, everything felt really organised and we all had enough space to be able to enjoy the night!
